### sec.548A Meaning of appeal body
An appeal body for this division is the industrial commission.
However, the appeal body is an industrial magistrate—
for a decision of the Regulator under section 107E ; or
for a decision of the Regulator about a matter mentioned in section 540 (1) (a) (i) to (vi) ; or
for a non-reviewable decision.

(sec.548A-ssec.1) An appeal body for this division is the industrial commission.
(sec.548A-ssec.2) However, the appeal body is an industrial magistrate— for a decision of the Regulator under section 107E ; or for a decision of the Regulator about a matter mentioned in section 540 (1) (a) (i) to (vi) ; or for a non-reviewable decision.
