### sec.548A Meaning of appeal body An appeal body for this division is the industrial commission. However, the appeal body is an industrial magistrate— for a decision of the Regulator under section 107E ; or for a decision of the Regulator about a matter mentioned in section 540 (1) (a) (i) to (vi) ; or for a non-reviewable decision. s 548A ins 2004 No. 45 s 68 amd 2006 No. 22 s 24 ; 2010 No. 26 s 146 ; 2013 No. 52 s 114 sch 2 (sec.548A-ssec.1) An appeal body for this division is the industrial commission.
