### sec.547 Reimbursement of costs of examination and report This section applies if the Regulator sets aside or varies a decision by the decision-maker to reject an application for compensation by a claimant or worker under chapter 3 . The decision-maker must reimburse the claimant or worker for the cost of an examination by, and report from, a registered person obtained by the claimant or worker if the Regulator considers the examination and report substantially contributed to the setting aside or variation of the decision. s 547 amd 2013 No. 52 s 114 sch 2 (sec.547-ssec.1) This section applies if the Regulator sets aside or varies a decision by the decision-maker to reject an application for compensation by a claimant or worker under chapter 3 .
