### sec.517 Protection from liability A member of a tribunal does not incur civil liability for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act. If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to a member of the tribunal, the liability attaches instead to the State. s 517 amd 2013 No. 52 s 93 (sec.517-ssec.1) A member of a tribunal does not incur civil liability for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act.
