### sec.502 Reference about worker’s capacity for work This section applies on a reference to a tribunal under section 500 (1) (b) . A reference under section 500 (1) (b) may be made at any time and from time to time. The tribunal must decide— whether, when it makes its decision, there exists in the worker an incapacity for work resulting from the injury for which the application for compensation was made; and whether the incapacity— is total or partial; and is permanent or temporary; and if the worker has sustained an injury resulting in permanent impairment and the insurer asks—the DPI for the injury. s 502 amd 2006 No. 13 s 2 sch ; 2013 No. 52 s 34 (retro) (sec.502-ssec.1) This section applies on a reference to a tribunal under section 500 (1) (b) .
