### sec.472 Authentication of documents
A document made by WorkCover, other than a document that is required by law to be sealed, is sufficiently authenticated if it is signed by—
the chairperson of the board; or
its chief executive officer; or
a person authorised to sign the document by—
resolution of the board; or
direction of its chief executive officer.
- (a) the chairperson of the board; or
- (b) its chief executive officer; or
- (c) a person authorised to sign the document by— (i) resolution of the board; or (ii) direction of its chief executive officer.
