### sec.465 Limitation on powers of authorised person The powers of an authorised person may be limited— under a regulation; or under a condition of appointment; or by written notice given by WorkCover to the authorised person. - (a) under a regulation; or - (b) under a condition of appointment; or - (c) by written notice given by WorkCover to the authorised person.
