### sec.411 Quarterly reports
WorkCover’s board must give to the Minister a report on the operations of WorkCover for each quarter of a financial year.
A quarterly report must be given to the Minister—
within 1 month after the end of the quarter; or
if another period after the end of the quarter is agreed between the board and the Minister—within the agreed period.
A quarterly report must include the information required to be given in the report by WorkCover’s statement of corporate intent.
(sec.411-ssec.1) WorkCover’s board must give to the Minister a report on the operations of WorkCover for each quarter of a financial year.
(sec.411-ssec.2) A quarterly report must be given to the Minister— within 1 month after the end of the quarter; or if another period after the end of the quarter is agreed between the board and the Minister—within the agreed period.
