### sec.400 Changes to corporate plan
WorkCover’s corporate plan may be changed by its board with the Minister’s agreement.
The Minister may, by written notice, direct the board to change the corporate plan.
The Minister must cause a copy of the direction to be published in the gazette within 21 days after it is given.

(sec.400-ssec.1) WorkCover’s corporate plan may be changed by its board with the Minister’s agreement.
