### sec.397 Special procedures for draft corporate plan
The Minister may return a draft corporate plan to WorkCover’s board and ask it to—
consider or further consider any matter and deal with the matter in the draft plan; and
revise the draft plan in the light of its consideration or further consideration.
The board must comply with the request as a matter of urgency.
If, for a financial year, a draft corporate plan has not been agreed to by the Minister by 1 month before the start of the financial year, the Minister may, by written notice, direct the board—
to take specified steps in relation to the draft plan; or
to make specified changes to the draft plan.
The board must immediately comply with a direction under subsection (3) .
The Minister must cause a copy of the direction to be published in the gazette within 21 days after it is given.
