### sec.393 Reserve power of Minister to direct that asset not be disposed of
The Minister may, after consultation with WorkCover’s board, give the board a written direction requiring WorkCover not to dispose of a specified asset.
The board must ensure that the direction is complied with.
The Minister must cause a copy of the direction to be published in the gazette within 21 days after it is given.
