### sec.385A WorkCover may fund and provide programs and incentives WorkCover may fund and provide programs and incentives to encourage improved health and safety performance by employers. Before acting under subsection (1) , WorkCover must consult with— the regulator under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 ; and any prescribed entity that has a function or power under an Act relating to the program or incentive proposed. This section does not limit section 384 or 481A .
