### sec.336 Functions of authorised persons An authorised person has the following functions under this Act— to provide to the Regulator information and advice about compliance with this Act; to require compliance with this Act through the issuing of notices; to investigate contraventions of this Act and assist in the prosecution of offences against this Act. s 336 sub 2013 No. 52 s 82 - (a) to provide to the Regulator information and advice about compliance with this Act; - (b) to require compliance with this Act through the issuing of notices; - (c) to investigate contraventions of this Act and assist in the prosecution of offences against this Act.
