### sec.334 Production or display of identity card In exercising a power under this Act in relation to a person in the person’s presence, an authorised person must— produce the authorised person’s identity card for the person’s inspection before exercising the power; or have the identity card displayed so it is clearly visible to the person when exercising the power. However, if it is not practicable to comply with subsection (1) , the authorised person must produce the identity card for the person’s inspection at the first reasonable opportunity. s 334 sub 2013 No. 52 s 82 (sec.334-ssec.1) In exercising a power under this Act in relation to a person in the person’s presence, an authorised person must— produce the authorised person’s identity card for the person’s inspection before exercising the power; or have the identity card displayed so it is clearly visible to the person when exercising the power.
