### sec.328 Powers of the Regulator Subject to this Act, the Regulator has the power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of the Regulator’s functions. Without limiting subsection (1) , the Regulator has all the powers and functions that an authorised person has under this Act. s 328 sub 2013 No. 52 s 82 (sec.328-ssec.1) Subject to this Act, the Regulator has the power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of the Regulator’s functions. (sec.328-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the Regulator has all the powers and functions that an authorised person has under this Act.
