### sec.325 Availability of action in another State not relevant It makes no difference for the purposes of this chapter that, under the substantive law of another State— it is the nature of the circumstances that they would not have given rise to a cause of action had they occurred in that State; or the circumstances on which the claim is based do not give rise to a cause of action. In this section— another State means a State other than the State with which the injury is connected. (sec.325-ssec.1) It makes no difference for the purposes of this chapter that, under the substantive law of another State— it is the nature of the circumstances that they would not have given rise to a cause of action had they occurred in that State; or the circumstances on which the claim is based do not give rise to a cause of action. (sec.325-ssec.2) In this section— another State means a State other than the State with which the injury is connected. - (a) it is the nature of the circumstances that they would not have given rise to a cause of action had they occurred in that State; or - (b) the circumstances on which the claim is based do not give rise to a cause of action.
