### sec.318E Order for costs if an entity was not a party at the compulsory conference If an entity other than a defendant that participated in a compulsory conference is joined as a defendant in a proceeding for damages, the court may make an order about costs in favour of, or against, the entity according to the proportion of liability of the defendants and the justice of the case. s 318E ins 2010 No. 24 s 32 amd 2017 No. 27 s 41 sch 1
