### sec.314 Interest after service of written final offer This section applies if the court gives judgment for the claimant for the recovery of a debt or damages and— the judgment includes interest or damages in the nature of interest; or under an Act, the court awards the claimant interest or damages in the nature of interest. For giving judgment for costs under section 312 or 313 , the court must disregard the interest or damages in the nature of interest relating to the period after the day the written final offer is given.
