### sec.274 Overriding obligations of parties In accordance with the object of this part, this part is to be applied by the parties to avoid undue delay, expense and technicality and to facilitate the object. A party impliedly undertakes to other parties to proceed in an expeditious way. A court may impose appropriate sanctions if a party does not comply with a provision of this part.
