### sec.238 Worker with terminal condition This section applies to a worker who has a terminal condition and wishes to seek damages. The following provisions of this chapter do not apply to the worker— section 239 ; part 2 , division 4 ; section 267 (2) or (3) ; part 6 , other than section 293 ; part 7 , other than sections 300 to 302 . However, this section does not stop the worker from voluntarily complying with the provisions mentioned in subsection (2) . s 238 amd 2005 No. 50 s 34 ; 2010 No. 24 s 14 ; 2013 No. 52 s 18 (retro) (sec.238-ssec.1) This section applies to a worker who has a terminal condition and wishes to seek damages.
