### sec.232F Powers of industrial commission When exercising its jurisdiction under this part— the industrial commission may exercise all relevant powers, so far as the powers are appropriate to matters arising under this part, as if the relevant powers were expressly conferred by or under this Act; and the following provisions, so far as they apply to the industrial commission and are appropriate to matters arising under this part, apply to the industrial commission as if the provisions were expressly included in this Act or in subordinate legislation made under this Act— the Industrial Relations Act 2016 , chapter 11 and definitions of that Act relevant to the interpretation of the chapter; rules made under the Industrial Relations Act 2016 , section 551 ; a regulation made for the Industrial Relations Act 2016 . However, the only order the commission may make on an application under section 232E is a reinstatement order under the section.
