### sec.232AA Application of part
This part applies if a worker makes an application for compensation under section 132 for a psychiatric or psychological injury arising out of, or in the course of, employment.
However, this part does not apply if the worker has made an earlier application for compensation under section 132 for a psychiatric or psychological injury and the event that resulted in the injury the subject of the earlier application is the same, or substantially the same, as the event that resulted in the injury mentioned in subsection (1) .

(sec.232AA-ssec.1) This part applies if a worker makes an application for compensation under section 132 for a psychiatric or psychological injury arising out of, or in the course of, employment.
