### sec.232 Worker must participate in rehabilitation
The worker must satisfactorily participate in rehabilitation—
as soon as practicable after the injury is sustained; and
for the period for which the worker is entitled to compensation.
If the worker fails or refuses to participate in rehabilitation without reasonable excuse, the insurer may, by written notice given to the worker, suspend the worker’s entitlement to compensation until the worker satisfactorily participates in rehabilitation.
If the insurer suspends the worker’s entitlement to compensation, the worker may have the decision reviewed under chapter 13 .
(sec.232-ssec.1) The worker must satisfactorily participate in rehabilitation— as soon as practicable after the injury is sustained; and for the period for which the worker is entitled to compensation.
(sec.232-ssec.2) If the worker fails or refuses to participate in rehabilitation without reasonable excuse, the insurer may, by written notice given to the worker, suspend the worker’s entitlement to compensation until the worker satisfactorily participates in rehabilitation.
