### sec.23 Meaning of eligible person An eligible person is an individual who, other than as a worker, receives remuneration or other benefit for performing work, or providing services as— a contractor; or a self-employed individual; or a director of a corporation; or a trustee; or a member of a partnership. - (a) a contractor; or - (b) a self-employed individual; or - (c) a director of a corporation; or - (d) a trustee; or - (e) a member of a partnership.
