### sec.225 Extent of liability for caring allowance
The insurer may pay the caring allowance—
in the way prescribed under a regulation; and
to, or on account of, the person providing the care.
- (a) in the way prescribed under a regulation; and
- (b) to, or on account of, the person providing the care.
