### sec.207 Application of part to existing benefits This part applies to a benefit being paid and an entitlement accrued under a former Act as if they were a benefit paid or an entitlement accrued under this Act. For subsection (1) , the reference in section 206 (3) of this Act to part 6 , 10 or 11 is to be construed as a reference to the corresponding provision of the former Act under which an entitlement arose. (sec.207-ssec.1) This part applies to a benefit being paid and an entitlement accrued under a former Act as if they were a benefit paid or an entitlement accrued under this Act.
