### sec.190 No further compensation after fixed time
This section applies to a worker who has been given a notice of assessment.
The worker is not entitled to further compensation for the injury after the first of the following happens—
the worker notifies the insurer of the worker’s decision about the offer within the decision period;
20 business days have passed since the worker received the offer.
This section does not limit the worker’s entitlement to payment of—
lump sum compensation, if any, under part 3 , division 5 ; or
lump sum compensation under section 188 (4) or 189 (5) ; or
additional compensation, if any, under division 4 ; or
compensation under chapter 4A .

(sec.190-ssec.1) This section applies to a worker who has been given a notice of assessment.

- (a) the worker notifies the insurer of the worker’s decision about the offer within the decision period;
- (b) 20 business days have passed since the worker received the offer.
