### sec.18 Person in voluntary or honorary position with religious, charitable or benevolent organisation
WorkCover may enter into a contract of insurance for this subdivision with a church, non-profit charitable organisation or benevolent institution ( institution ).
The contract may cover a person in a voluntary or honorary position with the institution ( volunteer ).
A person covered by the contract is entitled to compensation for injury sustained only while engaged on a specific capital undertaking of the institution and performing a duty required by or for the institution for the undertaking, as a volunteer.
(sec.18-ssec.1) WorkCover may enter into a contract of insurance for this subdivision with a church, non-profit charitable organisation or benevolent institution ( institution ).
(sec.18-ssec.2) The contract may cover a person in a voluntary or honorary position with the institution ( volunteer ).
(sec.18-ssec.3) A person covered by the contract is entitled to compensation for injury sustained only while engaged on a specific capital undertaking of the institution and performing a duty required by or for the institution for the undertaking, as a volunteer.
