### sec.168 Review of compensation If an insurer considers a person’s entitlement to compensation under this Act may have changed, the insurer may review the person’s entitlement to compensation under this Act. On the review, the insurer may terminate, suspend, decrease or increase the person’s entitlement to compensation under this Act. See also chapter 4A , part 4 for reviews of entitlement to compensation under that chapter. s 168 amd 2016 No. 44 s 22 sub 2019 No. 33 s 53 (sec.168-ssec.1) If an insurer considers a person’s entitlement to compensation under this Act may have changed, the insurer may review the person’s entitlement to compensation under this Act. (sec.168-ssec.2) On the review, the insurer may terminate, suspend, decrease or increase the person’s entitlement to compensation under this Act.
