### sec.148 Regard to other benefits for workers
Despite divisions 4 and 5 , in assessing the amount of weekly payment of compensation, the insurer—
may have regard to the amount of an entitlement had by the worker independently of this Act by way of—
payment or other benefit that is being, has been, or will be received by the worker; and
payment that is being, has been, or will be made on account of the worker; and
may reduce the weekly payment of compensation by the equivalent weekly amount of the payment or other benefit mentioned in paragraph (a) for the relevant period of compensation.
