### sec.136 Worker must notify return to work or engagement in a calling
A worker receiving compensation for an injury must give notice within 10 business days of the worker’s—
return to work; or
engagement in a calling.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
The notice must be given to the insurer.
The notice may be a certificate in the approved form of a doctor stating the worker’s capacity for work.
