### sec.128G Lump sum compensation
The worker is entitled to lump sum compensation under this subdivision of no more than 80.97 times QOTE for the injury.
The amount of the lump sum compensation is payable according to a graduated scale prescribed by regulation, calculated on the basis of—
the worker’s pneumoconiosis score; and
the worker’s lodgement age.
For subsection (2) , a regulation may prescribe bands (each a pneumoconiosis band ) that comprise particular pneumoconiosis scores.
Subject to section 140 , the worker’s entitlement to lump sum compensation under this subdivision is in addition to any entitlement to lump sum compensation under part 10 .
This section applies despite section 176 .

(sec.128G-ssec.1) The worker is entitled to lump sum compensation under this subdivision of no more than 80.97 times QOTE for the injury.
