### sec.105D Regulator may impose conditions on continued licence
The Regulator may, by written notice to the non-scheme employer, during the period of 12 months after the exit date—
impose conditions on the continued licence; or
vary conditions imposed on the continued licence.
The non-scheme employer must comply with the conditions imposed on the continued licence.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —1,000 penalty units.

(sec.105D-ssec.1) The Regulator may, by written notice to the non-scheme employer, during the period of 12 months after the exit date— impose conditions on the continued licence; or vary conditions imposed on the continued licence.
(sec.105D-ssec.2) The non-scheme employer must comply with the conditions imposed on the continued licence. Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —1,000 penalty units.
