164B When regulatory action may be taken
The regulator may take regulatory action against a licensee only if
satisfied on reasonable grounds that the licensee—
(a) used false or misleading information to obtain the licence; or
(b) contravened a condition of the licence; or
(c) failed to give the Minister information requested under
section 164 (2); or
(d) failed to comply with a provision of this Act; or
(e) no longer meets the criteria under section 145D (Issue of insurer
licence) or section 145O (Issue of self-insurer licence) to hold
the licence; or
(f) has contravened—
(i) a workers compensation law; or
(ii) a law prescribed by regulation.
