### sec.80 Application for approval
An application for approval to conduct an arms fair—
may be made by a licensed collector or an organisation representing licensed collectors; and
is to be made at least 28 days prior to the proposed date for the fair; and
is to be in or to the effect of the approved form; and
is to be accompanied—
by the prescribed fee; and
such other information as may be required by an authorised officer.
The authorised officer may make or cause to be made such inquiries in respect of the application for approval as the officer considers necessary and may approve the application in the prescribed manner as the officer may determine or may refuse the application.
