### sec.152 Approved officers
The commissioner may appoint a police officer or a public service officer as an approved officer for this Act.
However, a police officer or a public service officer may be appointed as an approved officer only if, in the commissioner’s opinion, the person has the necessary expertise or experience to be an approved officer.

(sec.152-ssec.1) The commissioner may appoint a police officer or a public service officer as an approved officer for this Act.
