### sec.120 Removal of register and weapons
A licensed theatrical ordnance supplier must not remove any weapon or the ordnance register from the premises specified in the licence except in the course of business as a theatrical ordnance supplier.
Maximum penalty—60 penalty units.
A licensed theatrical ordnance supplier who has possession of weapons at a place other than the premises specified in the licence must keep a record of the disposition of ordnance in the approved form.
