### sec.119 Supervision of use of weapons in theatre, film and television productions In this section— licensee means a person who holds a theatrical ordnance supplier’s licence. personal supervision by a licensee means— personal supervision by the licensee; or personal supervision by an employee of the licensee who is eligible to obtain a theatrical ordnance supplier’s licence. A licensee must, by personal supervision, ensure that a weapon supplied by the licensee to another person under the licence is properly used. Maximum penalty—10 penalty units. If a licensee considers that a weapon supplied by the licensee under the licence is being improperly used, the licensee must immediately take all appropriate steps— to ensure the weapon is properly used; or to recover the weapon. Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
