### sec.623 Appeals
Subsection (2) applies if—
a person had appealed to a court under a previous provision before the commencement against a review decision in relation to a matter arising under the Water Act, chapter 3; and
the appeal had not been decided before the commencement.
The court may hear, or continue to hear, and decide the appeal under the previous provision.
Subsection (4) applies if—
a person could have appealed to a court under a previous provision before the commencement against a review decision in relation to a matter arising under Water Act, chapter 3; and
the person had not appealed before the commencement.
The person may appeal under the previous provision.
(sec.623-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies if— a person had appealed to a court under a previous provision before the commencement against a review decision in relation to a matter arising under the Water Act, chapter 3; and the appeal had not been decided before the commencement.
(sec.623-ssec.2) The court may hear, or continue to hear, and decide the appeal under the previous provision.

(sec.623-ssec.4) The person may appeal under the previous provision.
- (a) a person had appealed to a court under a previous provision before the commencement against a review decision in relation to a matter arising under the Water Act, chapter 3; and
- (b) the appeal had not been decided before the commencement.
