### sec.622 Internal review If a person had, under previous section 863, applied for an internal review of an original decision made under the Water Act, chapter 3, and the review decision had not been made before the commencement, the review decision may be made under previous section 864. If a person could have applied under previous section 863 for an internal review of an original decision made under the Water Act, chapter 3, and the person had not applied before the commencement, the person may apply for an internal review of the original decision under previous section 863. (sec.622-ssec.1) If a person had, under previous section 863, applied for an internal review of an original decision made under the Water Act, chapter 3, and the review decision had not been made before the commencement, the review decision may be made under previous section 864. (sec.622-ssec.2) If a person could have applied under previous section 863 for an internal review of an original decision made under the Water Act, chapter 3, and the person had not applied before the commencement, the person may apply for an internal review of the original decision under previous section 863.
