### sec.61 Reviewing water efficiency management plans
A water service provider must ensure a customer to whom an approved water efficiency management plan applies reviews the plan when the water service provider considers it appropriate.
The customer must give the water service provider a copy of the review report within the reasonable period stated by the water service provider.
A review must occur at least every 5 years.
