### sec.60 Notice to comply with water efficiency management plan
This section applies if a water service provider is satisfied or reasonably believes a customer to whom an approved water efficiency management plan applies has not complied with the plan.
The water service provider may give the customer a notice requiring the customer to comply with the plan within the reasonable period stated in the notice.
