### sec.579 Regulator may share particular information The regulator may give the following information to any person or entity to prevent or minimise a risk or potential risk to public health— information about a responsible entity, including information identifying an individual; information about a drinking water service or recycled water scheme. The regulator may give information about water quality to— a service provider; or an employee of the health department.
