### sec.578C Publishing under this Act
This section applies if—
a provision of this Act requires or allows an entity to publish information in a notice or other document; and
the provision does not require the entity to publish the document in a particular way.
The entity must publish the document—
if the document is a notice and the entity is the Minister or the chief executive—on a Queensland Government website; or
if the document is a notice and the entity is not the Minister or the chief executive—on the entity’s website; or
if the document is not a notice—on the internet, free of charge.
Subsection (2) does not prevent the entity from also publishing the document in other ways.
