### sec.51 Application of div 6 This division applies for a non-residential customer who does not hold a water entitlement. However, if this division would not apply to a non-residential customer because of subsection (1) , but the customer takes water from a water service provider under another arrangement, this division applies for the other arrangement. Also, if a customer to whom this division applies is a customer of more than 1 water service provider, the water service provider who provides the customer with the most water is the water service provider for the customer for this division. s 51 amd 2012 No. 39 s 91 (sec.51-ssec.1) This division applies for a non-residential customer who does not hold a water entitlement.
