### sec.490 Appointments and authority It is not necessary to prove— the chief executive’s appointment; or the regulator’s appointment; or an authorised officer’s appointment; or the authority of the chief executive, regulator or an authorised officer to do anything under this Act. - (a) the chief executive’s appointment; or - (b) the regulator’s appointment; or - (c) an authorised officer’s appointment; or - (d) the authority of the chief executive, regulator or an authorised officer to do anything under this Act.
