### sec.352HC Review by district group
If a district group is given a copy of an emergency action plan under section 352HA (b) , the chairperson of the group may review the plan for consistency with the group’s disaster management plan.
The chairperson may, within 30 business days after receiving the emergency action plan, give the owner of the dam a notice stating—
whether the group considers the plan is consistent with the group’s disaster management plan; and
if the group considers the plan is not consistent with its disaster management plan, the reasons why it considers the plan is not consistent.
If the chairperson gives a notice under subsection (2) , the owner of the dam may prepare a written response to the notice (a notice response ) and attach it to the notice.
