### sec.241 Notice of decision Within 10 business days after deciding the application, the regulator must give the relevant entity— if the decision is to approve the validation program without conditions—notice of the decision; or if the decision is to approve the validation program with conditions, or to refuse to approve the validation program—an information notice for the decision. - (a) if the decision is to approve the validation program without conditions—notice of the decision; or - (b) if the decision is to approve the validation program with conditions, or to refuse to approve the validation program—an information notice for the decision.
