### sec.240 Consideration of application
The regulator must consider the application and decide to approve, with or without conditions, or refuse to approve, the validation program—
if an information requirement is not made in relation to the program—30 business days after receiving the program; or
if an information requirement is made in relation to the program—30 business days after the requirement has been complied with.
In considering whether to approve the validation program, the regulator must have regard to—
the program and any additional information about the program given to the regulator under section 238 ; and
the guidelines, if any, made by the regulator about validating recycled water schemes; and
any advice received by the regulator under section 239 ; and
the water quality criteria for recycled water.
(sec.240-ssec.1) The regulator must consider the application and decide to approve, with or without conditions, or refuse to approve, the validation program— if an information requirement is not made in relation to the program—30 business days after receiving the program; or if an information requirement is made in relation to the program—30 business days after the requirement has been complied with.
