### sec.990 Deciding claims for compensation In deciding a claim for compensation under this part, the chief executive must— grant the claim; or grant part of the claim and refuse the rest of the claim; or refuse the claim. - (a) grant the claim; or - (b) grant part of the claim and refuse the rest of the claim; or - (c) refuse the claim.
