### sec.982 Additional information may be required
The chief executive may require—
the applicant to give additional information about the applicant’s experience or history in the water bore drilling industry, including, for example, if the applicant has—
been convicted of an offence against this Act, the repealed Acts or an interstate law; or
held a licence to drill water bores that has been cancelled or suspended under this Act, the repealed Acts or an interstate law; or
any information included in the application, or any additional information required under paragraph (a) , to be verified by statutory declaration.
If the applicant fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with the requirement within the reasonable time stated in the requirement, the application lapses.

- (i) been convicted of an offence against this Act, the repealed Acts or an interstate law; or
- (ii) held a licence to drill water bores that has been cancelled or suspended under this Act, the repealed Acts or an interstate law; or
- (b) any information included in the application, or any additional information required under paragraph (a) , to be verified by statutory declaration.
